The Peaceful and Organized Campus Project is a project based learning activity created by two 2nd grade teachers, Jennifer Griffin and Georgina Knoll of Las Posas Elementary. Project Based Learning (PBL) is the idea of empowering students to create projects which apply the skills learned in school, to projects that are personally relevant and real-world applicable to students. The Peaceful and Organized Campus project is a multi-week PBL activity about educating students on good school citizenship. It is one of many PBL style activities that create engaging learning.
